仕事内容
We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our 10-person engineering team (mostly English-speaking) and help us level up our technical capabilities. Your role will include: • Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of full-stack engineers • Coaching young engineers on practical, production-quality development • Overseeing full development cycles for new platform features and internal tools • Working closely with product and leadership to plan and launch SaaS products • Improving development workflows, code quality, security, and scalability • Supporting communication across teams in both English and Japanese • Contributing to technical strategy, including exploring LLM-driven features • Playing a key role in shaping the future of anybot and Evolany’s tech organization This is a hands-on leadership role in a startup environment.
