【How You Will Work】 You will add quality to our product roadmap. Work closely with Product Managers and Customer Success to deepen understanding of our customers. This includes clarifying ambiguous feedback, conducting regular customer interviews, and helping product teams stay accountable to maintaining strong NPS. You will add quality to our onboarding experience. Partner with Customer Success and Sales to identify blockers and friction in product demos and onboarding. You will focus on finding the most efficient and cost-effective ways to resolve these issues by aligning internal and external resources. You will add delight to our user experience Collaborate with Product Designers to uncover local usage patterns and established habits.
