仕事内容

●Provide an independent review of the landlord’s EHS Plan (inclusive of emergency procedures), audit compliance, develop and issue report to Microsoft, and track any corrective actions to closure. ●Verify Landlord has obtained all environmental permits, as required by Law. ●Provide an independent, routine review of landlord’s High Risk Activities (“HRA”) during construction and provide feedback to Microsoft on the performing authority’s ability to manage these risks. HRAs include electrical safety, energy isolation working from heights, material handling, mobile equipment, lifting, confined space, ground disturbance, wall penetrations, and fire prevention and protection. ●Perform a review of the landlord’s management process for assuring workers are properly trained and qualified for their tasks with emphasis on workers performing HRAs. Spot check worker qualifications. ●Provide an overall EHS condition assessment with observations for each site visit. Observations should indicate a risk level with corresponding matrix or legend. ●Develop and issue reports to Microsoft. ●Assist Microsoft, as requested, in the tracking and assurance of corrective actions associated with EHS-related incidents. ●As required, perform EHS site visit/inspections at other Microsoft projects in country/city.
