【Role Mission】 You will be responsible for creating a system to achieve oVice's hiring goals for Design and Engineering. Quickly bring people into the workforce by using internal and external resources in order to hire and train nearly 20~50 people per year on Global. ※ We expect each HR person to be able to recruit 25 people per year. 【About the Role】 This is a position where you will be responsible for "planning recruitment targets", "number of applications", "recruitment interviews", and "supporting newcomers by 1on1 " for oVice, to "settle newcomers work-ready" is KPI for recruiters. 【What you'll do】 Recruiting - Quantitative and qualitative analysis of recruitment plans - Promotion and operation of referrals, various recruitment media, and direct recruiting tools - Communication management with agent companies - Promotion and operation of referrals, various recruitment media, and direct recruiting tools - Interview and interview design Onboarding - Implementation of 1-on-1 - Design of onboarding flow Communication - Organizing internal communication traffic

【勤務地詳細】 We are a fully remote team, distributed among multiple countries. Our members mainly resides in the following time zones, - UTC-8 ~ UTC-5 (United States) - UTC ~ UTC+2 (Europe, North Africa) - UTC+8 ~ UTC+10 (Asia Pacific) 【アクセス】 Virtual Office in oVice ◎Members go to work inside the virtual office every day!
