•Managing a portfolio of three major accounts, international and domestic telco mainly focusing on selling network and voice services •Implements and executes agreed sales strategy for targeted ABC accounts •Close working with Regional Account Director in Tokyo for ABC and maximizing our productivity to meet the targets both ACV (bookings) and IBR (revenues) •Co-working with GAD (Global Account Director) in Europe and align our well-thought-out strategy and tactics btw Asia and Europe on weekly/ bi-weekly basis •Conducts conference calls and face to face meetings with clients where appropriate •Builds and works in true partnership with customers to build and maintain relationships which meet both the customer's goals as well as COLT's •Represent and promote COLT and its products/services in a professional manner •Comply with COLT processes and generally champion best practices •Reports accurately on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis on sales results, forecast and pipeline •Building a qualified pipeline to cover 1-3 months rolling period •Identifying potential risks of churn, and setup/manage appropriate action plan •Building a strong relationship with people across the company and encourage them to deliver a best in class quality of service to our clients, acting as a leader •Developing a full and comprehensive Account Development Plan for key customers/prospects, showing a clear understanding of customer’s objectives and challenges, as well as a clear strategy to reach our goals •Constantly learning and improving skills and competencies through the set of trainings offered by the Colt Sales Enablement

Skill & Experience
•Outstanding sales skills developed through at least five years' sales experience probably in a service business •At least five years' experience of the telecommunications market and/or ICT market with good knowledge of Data Network and Voice Services •Excellent influence and communication skills (written, presentational and inter-personal) •Fluent in English (hopefully in Japanese)
