仕事内容

A week in the life of a client services engineer: •You will be required to ensure timely and quality releases by working closely with engineering, services operations, program management and other relevant groups. •You will own and manage the product backlog. •You will work closely with architects and engineering teams to ensure requirements are well understood. •You will participate in and drive agile methodology. •You will be required to ensure good usability and user experience. •You will work with rest of the product management organization and BU stakeholders to define the product roadmap. •You will research on latest industry trends and competitive innovations to recommend the product evolution.
