仕事内容
■What is the EV Charging Infrastructure Business This business involves the deployment of chargers to supply power and recharge the batteries of electric vehicles (EVs). We offer a full lineup of three uniquely developed charger types tailored to specific user needs: ・Basic Charging (3kW standard charger): Designed for apartment complexes ・En-route Charging (50-150kW rapid charger): Targeted at municipalities and roadside stations ・Destination Charging (6kW standard charger): For commercial facilities, hotels, and golf courses EV drivers can conveniently manage the entire charging process, including payment via credit card, using a dedicated smartphone app. For charger site owners, we provide a management dashboard, delivering both hardware and software solutions to enhance usability and convenience. This is a Senior/Lead full-stack Developer position with international team members. * Collaborate with development teams or other organizations to innovate features, manage operations, and fix bugs. * Lead technical aspects of backend dashboard projects, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and timely deliverables. * Own the quality of the Terra Charge backend dashboard application. ■EV充電インフラ事業とは？ 電気自動車（EV）に電力を供給し、バッテリーを充電するための充電器を世の中に広める事業です。 ユーザー別に独自開発による次の3タイプの充電器をラインナップし、カバレッジをフルに広げています。 ・基礎充電（3kW普通充電器）：マンション向け ・経路充電（50～150kW急速充電器）：自治体・道の駅向け ・目的地充電（6kW普通充電器）：商業施設・ホテル・ゴルフ場向け EVを駐車させたいドライバーは、スマートフォンの専用アプリ一つで充電からクレジットカードによる決済までを完了できるサービスです。 充電器設置場所のオーナー向けには管理ダッシュボードも提供しており、ハードとソフト両方のサービス提供で、利便性の向上を図っています。 国際色豊かなチームメンバーと連携するシニア/リードのフルスタックエンジニアのポジションです。 * 開発チームや他部門と協力して新機能の開発、運用管理、バグ修正を行う。 * 技術面をリードし、関係者と調整しながらスムーズな進行と納期を調整する。 * ダッシュボードアプリケーションの品質に責任を持つ。

概要
Our company has 217 employees as of August 2024, with around 15 software engineers based in Japan. Development is carried out collaboratively across three locations: Japan, India, and Thailand. Terra Charge has been developed as a globally scalable system by a diverse team of international engineers. The Japan-specific version is developed locally, requiring collaboration with the original international engineering team through English communication. 同社の社員数は217名（2024年8月現在）で、うち日本のソフトウェアのエンジニアは15名ほど。 日本、インド、タイの3拠点に分かれ、相互に連携しながら開発を行うという体制です。 『Terra Charge』は当初からグローバルに展開するシステムとして、外国人エンジニアによるチームで開発しました。 その後、特に日本における特殊性に対応すべく日本版と海外版の2系統に分け、日本向けは日本で開発しています。 外国人エンジニアなどと英語でコミュニケーションしながらサービス開発を経験できることが特徴的です！
