仕事内容
This position is a great opportunity for an accountant with solid financial accounting skills to accelerate his/her career path, and gain business partnering skills working directly with Sales and Delivery IT engineers. Part of the larger Japan finance team, the business partnering finance analyst is the first finance point of contact for Sales and Delivery IT engineers. He/She will be entrusted with a set number of customer accounts （up to 5） and will be in charge of all finance aspect for these accounts P＆L, Balance Sheet and cash flow. This is very much a finance business partnering role （as opposed to a back－office finance reporting）. The below are only for defined customer accounts （as opposed to overall customer base）. • Monitor monthly closing process and review actuals posted by the accounting team • Drive forecasting activities • Drive budgeting and strategic planning activities • Coordinate with FP＆A on forecasting and budgeting • Identify margin improvement initiatives and operational risks to the financial plan • Monitor execution against the forecast/budget and escalate risks • Drive profit mitigation/cost reduction activities • Manage balance sheet including fixed assets, revenue accruals/deferrals, cost accruals/deferrals and account receivable • Ensure compliance with the Group accounting policy and with internal controls • Coordinate with other finance teams to get support from subject matter experts （e.g. revenue recognition, tax, cash collection, SOX compliance） • Become the trusted advisor for Sales and Delivery IT engineers
