仕事内容
As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing value, retention and growth throughout the customer lifecycle. You will help build, innovate and evolve customers' performance and security strategies. Becoming an industry expert, you will find joy in delivering innovative outcomes for customers through strong relationships, business acumen, and operational focus. As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for: • Owning program management and advising customer's to ensure they get value from Akamai platforms • Defining an account strategy, establishing key relationships, and building and maintaining a project pipeline • Consulting with customer's to achieve their long-term vision and strategy while proving ongoing support • Collaborating with a cross-functional project team to scope, set timelines, create technical solutions, and support the ongoing implementation of the project • Partnering with sales and pre-sales to educate customers on services and solutions to make recommendations for their needs • Responding to escalations when issues arise and directing operational improvements to mitigate future risks
